He has held important positions in Industries, Finance, Rural, Urban development and Mines & Minerals Department, Government of Gujarat. Presently he is working as Principle Secretary of Energy & Petrochemical Department.

Shri Swaminathan holds a Masters Degree in Mathematics from Madras University and is a rank holder. A retired 1961 batch Indian Administrative Service officer and has served in senior positions under Government of Gujarat and Government of India for 34 years, majority period spent in administrative and corporate sector in Industries, Mines and Energy sector.

Shri P K Pujari, IAS

Shri Pujari holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Delhi University and a Master of Science in Macro Economic Policy and Planning from Bradford University, UK. He is a senior IAS officer having administrative and corporate experience spanning 25 years. He was the Managing Director of Gujarat Industries Development Corporation (GIDC). He was also appointed as Managing Director of Civil Supply Corporation Limited. He has held important positions in the Finance Department, Sales Tax Department, Government of Gujarat and the Department of Power, Government of India. Presently he is commissioner of commercial Tax.
